Drillbit Taylor
I wanted to see this because Owen Wilson is in it - obviously before his mental breakdown. I don’t know if I liked it a bit, or a bit more than a little bit, but I didn’t love it. It was obviously using the SuperBad formula; take a fat kid who thinks he is awesome, a small skinny nerd kid, and dump them into the big bad world. They hire a personal bodyguard to stop their asses being pounded, but find out he’s a double-crossing hobo. I guess they couldn’t do much and keep it within the PG rating range, but it did well for what it was. It was noticeable that Owen Wilson wasn’t as funny as he could be, and that the kids were terrible actors. Good kids popcorn movie, but don’t expect anything great from it.

I will watch anything that has Owen speaking in it. His voice is so amazing and could lure me into anything.
It really is a great voice. I hope he comes back and does more funny films
I dream of an Owen Wilson free world in which Luke Wilson takes all his parts. Especially movies that they are both in together.
He’s like Owen, but with a less cliff-like nose.
And talent.
I love that he is always a lady’s man in all of his films. I wonder if it’s the total opposite in real life.
